The overtime pay calculator is a free Eatsy tool: enter a monthly or hourly wage and the overtime hours to estimate weekday overtime, rest-day and holiday pay under Articles 24, 32, 39 and 40 of Taiwan's Labor Standards Act, broken down by time band. It is a formula-based estimate; actual pay follows your employment contract and the authority's interpretation.

Convert the monthly wage to an hourly rate (monthly pay divided by regular monthly hours), then apply the premium the Labor Standards Act sets for weekday overtime, rest days or holidays; the first and later hours carry different premiums, and the tool splits them.
The premium rules are the same; the base is simply the hourly rate. The rate must not fall below the statutory minimum hourly wage for the year — the tool uses the figure you enter and does not top it up.
