Who we are
Eatsy is built by a team in Taiwan, serving independent restaurants in Taiwan first and expanding to Japan.
We think a reservation system should be like a restaurant's phone line: there when you need it, without a monthly fee to keep it alive. So Eatsy is usage-based — slow months cost less, and the guest list always belongs to the restaurant.
Every number about Eatsy on this site comes from one fact card. We publish no unsourced performance figures; customer stories are labelled as internally reported and vary by venue.

Eatsy is a reservation system built for independent restaurants in Taiwan: online booking, automatic reminders by SMS and email (guests never add anything), and an optional deposit step. It is usage-based — from NT$3 per booking, NT$5 with a deposit — with no monthly fee and no lock-in, so the cost follows your booking volume instead of the calendar.

Handling restaurant no-shows breaks into three stages: automatic SMS and email reminders before the booking, a small deposit on peak and high-ticket slots, and a no-show record kept in the system afterwards. Once a guest has already failed to show there is very little you can do, so the leverage is all upstream. Eatsy builds all three into one booking flow — from NT$3 per booking, NT$5 with a deposit, no monthly fee and no lock-in.

Eatsy Workforce keeps a restaurant's roster, clock-ins and hour totals in one place, and flags Taiwan Labor Standards Act issues (one-day-off-in-seven, shift intervals) while you build the schedule. The compliance check is a prompt, not legal advice. No monthly fee, no lock-in.

Eatsy Concierge is a matching service for restaurants: tell us what you need — suppliers, kitchen equipment, food photography, repairs — and we introduce the right partner, instead of you calling around one by one. It is a human hand-off, not a self-serve directory.

The restaurant digital health check is a free Eatsy tool: enter a restaurant name and in about three minutes it checks the gaps in its Google, social and booking-flow presence, then lists what to fix first. No sign-up, no plan attached.
