- Does it cost anything? How do I start?
- There is a 7-day free trial and no credit card is required. After that, billing follows the number of employees who actually clock in that day — NT$2 per employee per day. Staff who do not clock in are not charged, and headcount on your payroll does not matter. There are two ways to start: tap “Start free trial” above to open the clock-in system and create the store yourself, or message us on LINE with the button above and a person will set your store up within 2 hours during business hours, then show you how to invite staff.
- Does it support migrant / foreign staff languages?
- Yes — Chinese, English, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, and Malay, so staff can check schedules, clock in, and request time off in their own language.
- Does clock-in prevent buddy-punching?
- Clock-in can use GPS location, punch corrections require manager approval, and an audit trail is kept — so attendance is accountable.
- Do hours map to payroll and overtime?
- Monthly hours reports calculate per-person hours, deduct breaks, handle cross-midnight shifts, and export to Excel — ready for payroll and overtime.
- How does this relate to the Eatsy reservation system?
- Eatsy Workforce and Eatsy's reservation system are two separate products — you can use either on its own. Where they genuinely complement each other: reservations show when you're busiest, which maps to how many staff to schedule. That link is an optional future feature; today each works standalone.
