Who supports a pop-up, a buyout or a multilingual event?
Events & on-site is one of Eatsy Concierge's resource categories, covering venue rental and Chinese/English/Japanese event interpreting. If your own space doesn't suit a pop-up or buyout, we match a venue; if the event runs across languages, we match on-site interpreting. Matching is free for restaurants with no lock-in.

The variables in an event are all on the floor: load-in and load-out, power and water, waste and cleaning, and who is authorised to decide things on the day. Settle those before confirming a venue or crew and you won't be making calls mid-event.

Will
Trilingual × drink design × on-site support — talks the talk, mixes the drink.
Trilingual and a drink designer both — builds the list, runs the floor; reads the room and keeps just the right measure. A fit for international occasions.
This is matching and initial screening, not inspection or a guarantee; the final engagement and terms are for you and the partner to confirm.
About events and on-site support
- We're hosting in our own room — what would we still need matched?
- Usually floor crew and cross-language communication, not space. If overseas guests, a brand or press are attending, having someone on the floor who understands both service flow and the language beats booking an interpreter last minute.
- How is F&B interpreting different from general interpreting?
- It's about reading service rhythm: course order, drink explanations and talking to the kitchen don't work translated literally. Will, who we work with, is trilingual and designs drinks himself, which tends to suit these rooms.
- What should I include in a venue request?
- Date and time slot, expected headcount, whether you need a kitchen or bar, and any load-in or noise restrictions. Those four filter out most unsuitable venues immediately and save a lot of back-and-forth.
