Solo studio booking
Let clients book your studio's time slots themselves
Eatsy also works as an appointment booking system for independent stores: solo studios such as nail and lash artists, personal trainers and consultants can let clients pick their own slot, take one client per slot, collect a deposit with refunds tiered by cancellation time, and send automatic SMS and email reminders. From NT$3 per booking, NT$5 with a deposit, no monthly fee and no lock-in. Class packs and booking inside LINE are not supported yet.

Running a studio on your own often means hours of back-and-forth messages to settle a time. Eatsy gives independent stores one booking page: clients see open slots, each slot takes one client, you can take a deposit first, and reminders go out automatically. It fits one-to-one services like nails, lashes, personal training and consulting.
One-to-one bookings, from booked to arrived
Clients pick their own slot
Set your bookable times, how far ahead clients can book and the cut-off; clients choose an open slot any time.
One client per slot
Each slot has a single place, so once it is taken nobody else can book it — no double-booked hours.
Deposits and refund rules
Take a fixed deposit by bank transfer or payment on site when you need it (card payments need payment onboarding first), with refunds tiered by how early the client cancels.
Automatic reminders (SMS/Email)
Reminders go out after booking and days before the appointment; clients never add any account.
No-show record
Missed appointments are recorded; tag clients, or pause online booking after repeated cancellations.
One link, one QR code
Share the booking link and QR code on Instagram, your LINE official account or Google Business Profile.
How a solo studio takes bookings with Eatsy
Step 1 of 4
Set bookable slots
Open the times you take clients, one client per slot, with how far ahead and how late people can book.
Who it fits
- One-to-one services with a fixed length: a personal-training session, a consultation, a single lash treatment.
- More than one service: list services and prices on the booking page so clients choose when they book.
- Booking-form field names can be renamed in the back office to your own wording.
- Small classes or one-off workshops run better on event signups, where you open one place per seat.
Not supported yet
- Class packs, bundles or prepaid credit.
- Recurring weekly class schedules.
- Booking or reminders inside LINE; reminders go by SMS and email.
- Issuing receipts or e-invoices to your clients.
- Client self-rescheduling: today they cancel and book again.
Setup: six steps from booking system to studio appointments
- Create one table with a party limit of 1, so each slot takes one client.
- Set your service length (say 90 minutes), then pick the bookable start times and how early and how late clients can book.
- Rename the booking-form fields in the CMS to your own wording, and set stroller, pet and high-chair limits to 0 to hide them.
- More than one service: list services and prices as pre-order items so clients choose when they book.
- Taking deposits: turn on a deposit rule with bank transfer or pay on site, and tier refunds by cancellation time.
- Put the booking link or QR code on Instagram, your LINE official account and Google Business Profile.
Why independent stores use Eatsy
Eatsy began as a reservation system for independent restaurants. The same booking, deposit, reminder and no-show tools fit a studio run by one person, usage-based pricing means quiet months cost less, and your client list stays yours.

Frequently asked questions
- Can a business that is not a restaurant use Eatsy?
- Yes. Solo studios such as nail and lash artists, personal trainers and consultants can sign up and use it. Field names on the booking page can be renamed in the back office, and fields you do not need can be switched off.
- Can each slot take only one client?
- Yes. Each slot has a single place; once booked, that slot closes.
- How is it priced?
- Usage-based: from NT$3 per booking and NT$5 per booking with a deposit, with no monthly fee and no lock-in. Sixty bookings a month is about NT$180.
- Can I take a deposit, and how are cancellations refunded?
- Yes. Deposits can be taken by bank transfer or on site; card charges and card holds need payment onboarding first. Refunds are tiered by how early the client cancels, and the rule is shown before they book.
- Can clients book through LINE?
- Not inside LINE. You can put the booking link in your LINE official account menu or messages; reminders after booking go by SMS and email.
- Do you support class packs or bundles?
- Not yet. If your studio runs mainly on packs, bundles or prepaid credit, Eatsy is not the right fit today; single paid sessions work as they are.
