Eatsy Cookie and Tracking Technologies Policy

This Policy explains how Eatsy Inc. (食樂科技股份有限公司) (hereinafter "Eatsy") uses cookies and similar technologies on its official website (principally partners.eatsy.tech). This Policy forms part of the "Eatsy Privacy Policy"; any matter not addressed here is governed by the "Eatsy Privacy Policy".

1. Technologies We Use and Their Purposes

- Strictly necessary for site operation: maintaining sessions, remembering language settings, and preventing malicious requests. If disabled, the website will not function properly.
- Traffic and feature analytics: understanding where visitors come from and which pages and tools they use. We currently use Google Analytics and PostHog, and link browsing records through a random visitor identifier.
- Advertising performance measurement: measuring the visits and inquiries generated by advertising. We currently use Google Ads and Meta Pixel.

Depending on their nature, the retention periods of these technologies range from the end of the browsing session up to approximately 13 months. Service providers may adjust these at any time; we will update this Policy when there is a material change.

2. Linking and Forwarding of Form Data

- When you fill in an inquiry or trial form on the official website, we link the aforementioned visitor identifier to the data you provide; from then on, the related browsing records constitute your personal data.
- To measure advertising performance, our server sends the email, telephone number, and name you enter to Meta after hashing them, together with your IP address and browser information. This transmission does not pass through your browser and cannot be blocked by browser settings; if you do not agree, please write to us to request that it stop, as described in Section 4.

3. No Tracking on Reservation Pages

The pages you use to browse restaurants, submit reservations, and pay deposits do not use any analytics or advertising tracking technologies, and use only the technologies necessary to keep the reservation flow operating.

4. How to Disable

- Block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings; disabling analytics and advertising technologies does not affect your browsing of the official website or use of the reservation service.
- Adjust personalized advertising in the ad settings of your Google and Meta accounts.
- Write to info@eatsy.tech to request that we stop any of the processing described above, or stop the forwarding described in Section 2.

5. International Transfers

Most of the foregoing service providers process data outside the Republic of China (Taiwan); see the "International Transfers of Personal Data" section of the "Eatsy Privacy Policy" for details. If the laws of your region impose additional requirements, please write to us.

6. Amendments and Contact

Amendments to this Policy will be posted on this page; material changes involving the purpose or scope of collection will be notified in the manner set out in the "Eatsy Privacy Policy".
